Hi,We currently have an opportunity in our organization for a front desk executive who could take care of the reception and admin.Please find below the job description for the same
1) Keeping records of incoming & outgoing calls.
2) Answering inquiries and directing them appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor’s arrival, and maintaining telecommunications system.
3) Maintaining files of different types i.e. follow ups
4)Maintaining registers for inward and outward couriers
5) Interview & visitor coordination
